Privacy policy

Last updated: 6 July 2026

This policy explains how Onky.ai Ltd handles personal data collected through this website, onky.ai. It is written to be read, not skimmed past: we collect very little, and this page says exactly what and why.

Who we are

Onky.ai Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales, company number 16490131. We are the data controller for personal data collected on this website. For anything in this policy, contact security@onky.ai.

What we collect, and why

  • Waitlist form. If you request early access we collect your email address, company, role, and an optional note about what you would automate first. We use this to respond to you and to scope a pilot: that is the only use. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry.
  • Demo bookings. If you book a call, scheduling runs through Calendly (see the cookie notice). Calendly collects the details you enter there under its own privacy policy.
  • Site analytics. We use Plausible, a cookieless, EU-hosted analytics service that records aggregate page views only. It sets no cookies and does not identify you.
  • Spam protection. The waitlist form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which processes your IP address to distinguish people from bots.

Where your data goes

This website is hosted on Google Cloud in the EU (region europe-west1). Waitlist submissions are delivered to us by email through Resend and are not stored in any website database. The full list of third parties that touch website data, and where they process it, is on the subprocessors page. Where a provider processes data outside the UK or EU, transfers rely on the provider's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy mechanism.

How long we keep it

Waitlist submissions are kept for as long as we are in an active conversation with you, and deleted on request at any time. We do not build marketing lists from them.

Your rights

Under UK and EU GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, delete, or export the personal data we hold about you, and you can object to or restrict our processing of it. Email security@onky.ai and we will act on it. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or your local EU supervisory authority.

Product data is different

This policy covers the website only. When Onky runs inside your organisation, it does so under a data processing agreement (DPA) signed at pilot signing, with your organisation as controller and Onky as processor: EU residency, consent-based capture, retention and deletion controls, and no model training on your data. Ask security@onky.ai for the DPA.
